Welcome to Flex Codev LLC (the “Company”). By accessing our website (the “Site”) or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

Flex Codev LLC provides specialized software engineering, legacy system modernization, and healthcare technology consulting. The content on this Site is for informational purposes regarding our capabilities and does not constitute a binding offer to provide specific engineering services until a formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) is executed.

2. No Healthcare Advice

Flex Codev is a technology firm. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our software solutions are designed to support healthcare providers, but the ultimate responsibility for clinical decisions and patient care remains with the licensed healthcare professionals using our tools.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and code on this Site are the property of Flex Codev LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flex Codev LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site. While we strive for 100% accuracy and security, we do not warrant that the Site is free of errors or viruses.

5. Relationship of Parties

Using this Site or submitting a “Request for Quote” does not establish a Business Associate (BA) relationship under HIPAA. Such a relationship is only established upon the execution of a formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and a signed service contract.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in said State.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
